Are there discounts for colleagues and groups?

Where can I get information about local accommodation?

You will need to book your own accommodation. We've arranged a 10% discount on Best Available Rate with the Hilton Metropole. Prices will go up as availabilty goes down so we advise you to book extra early. You can cancel up to 48 hours before the conference begins. A list of nearby hotels is available in the accommodation tab of the website.

Is there a dress code for the conference and awards?

Please feel free to wear whatever you are comfortable in! The SDI Awards gala dinner and ceremony will be black tie so you will get an opportunity to dress to impress on the evening of 11th March 2027.

What to do in the case of dietary and other special needs?

Are any CPD points available for attending Spark?

Yes! Attendees of Spark earn 15 CPD points toward their ITIL certification. Simply request an attendance certificate after the event and submit it as evidence.

Can I get a certificate of attendance?

Yes. These are available on request by emailing events@sdi-e.com

Will there be networking?

Yes, definitely. We encourage you to meet like-minded service professionals to chat and share. There will also be an expo hall so you can browse the latest tools and service offerings and most likely meet your current suppliers face-to-face.

If I need to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?

You are able to get a full refund if you cancel before 1 September 2026. After this date, you will be able to transfer your ticket to a substitute delegate. Simply email us their details to events@sdi-e.com.

How do I find out information about the breakout rooms when on-site?

We will be creating an app specifically for this event and you will be able to see the full agenda with full session details on the day. There will be plenty of signage around the venue to direct you and the SDI team will also be available to help answer your questions.

What should I bring to the conference?

As many of your team as you can! They will all benefit form this wonderful experience of networking, learning and spending two days out of the office gathering some brilliant new ideas.

Will I have access to presentations after the event?

Slide decks will be available for delegates. We aim to voice record each session and make it available to delegates to replay after the conference. Watch this space for more news on this!

Is substitution possible if I can't make it?

Of couse, you can transfer your place to a colleague if you are unable to attend. The last day for substitutions is 1 March, simply email your relapcements details to events@sdi-e.com.

What payment options secure the discounted rates?

To secure discounted tickets, SDI requires payment by credit card at the time of booking. If you prefer to pay by invoice, payment must be received within 30 days to qualify for discounted rates.

What should I expect from the awards ceremony?

The SDI Awards ceremony is a high-energy event, with loud music, applause, and a busy atmosphere at times. If you have sensory sensitivities, please bring anything that helps you feel comfortable.

Can I get a Visa invitation letter to attend the event?

Yes, we will provide a Visa letter for delegates working in ITSM roles. Please email events@sdi-e.com and we will assess your request.
